Shipping Schedule
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
- Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) are typically shipped the same business day.
- Saturday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) are typically shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after the applicable cutoff time, on Sundays, or on U.S. holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- USPS Priority Mail (typically 1–3 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (typically 1–2 business days)
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
Please Note: UPS Next Day Air does not include Saturday delivery. If Saturday delivery is available in your area and you require it, please contact us before placing your order, as additional carrier charges may apply.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Delivery times provided by USPS and UPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Signature Confirmation
To help protect our customers, all orders totaling $100 or more are shipped with Signature Confirmation.
Orders under $100 may also require a signature at our discretion.
Requesting Signature Removal
If you would like the signature requirement removed, you must email glownestbeauty@gmail.com before your order has shipped.

I am requesting that the Signature Confirmation requirement be removed from my order #[Your Order Number].
By requesting the removal of the signature requirement, I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for my package once it has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.
I understand and agree that Glow Nest Beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen, missing, or misdelivered packages after delivery when the signature requirement has been removed at my request.

Once we receive your request, we will make every effort to remove the signature requirement before your order ships. Signature requirements cannot be removed after an order has already been shipped.
Returned & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive and sign for the package when required.
If a package is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Failure to claim the package
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to sign for the package
- Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Any other reason resulting in the package being returned by the shipping carrier
The customer is responsible for paying all applicable shipping charges to have the package reshipped.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, any refund issued will exclude the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier.
Toxin Products
Due to the nature of these products and to help ensure product quality and safety, all toxin products are final sale.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations after shipment, and refunds are not accepted for toxin products once an order has shipped.
If an order containing toxin products is returned to us by the shipping carrier because it was:
- Undeliverable
- Refused
- Unclaimed
- Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Returned because a signature could not be obtained
- Or returned for any other shipping-related reason
The order is not eligible for a refund.
If product integrity can be verified and we determine the products remain suitable for shipment, we may, at our sole discretion, reship the order after the customer pays all applicable reshipping charges.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been accepted by USPS or UPS and tracking information has been provided, delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Glow Nest Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier delays
- Mechanical failures
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Carrier operational delays
- Any other circumstances beyond our control
If your package is delayed, we are happy to assist by opening an investigation with the shipping carrier when appropriate. Customers are also encouraged to contact USPS or UPS directly, as they may be able to provide additional information regarding the status of their shipment.
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
