At Glow Nest Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused.
- The item remains in its original, unopened box and sealed packaging.
- The original box has not been opened, damaged, or tampered with.
- All original packaging, inserts, and accessories are included.
- The return has been authorized by Glow Nest Beauty.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- All toxin products
- Any product whose original box or packaging has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with
- Any product that has been used or partially used
- Products with broken, removed, or damaged safety seals
- Products that are not in their original condition
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless required by law)
Additionally, toxin products that are returned to us because they were refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund.
Glow Nest Beauty reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving any refund or exchange.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
If you receive:
- An incorrect item
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- A shipment with missing items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing glownestbeauty@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of:
- The product(s)
- The original packaging
- The shipping box
- The shipping label
- Any visible damage
Failure to report shipping issues within 48 hours of delivery may result in your claim being denied.
If the error was made by Glow Nest Beauty, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (when applicable) and either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Return Authorization
Before returning any eligible item, you must obtain a Return Authorization.
Please email glownestbeauty@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Product(s) being returned
- Reason for the return
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the direct result of our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a verified defective product), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. Glow Nest Beauty is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed while in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
- Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If applicable, any return shipping costs or carrier fees incurred by Glow Nest Beauty may be deducted from your refund.
Refused & Undeliverable Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package when required.
If an order is returned to us because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Failure to claim the package
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to sign for a required signature
- Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Any other customer-related delivery issue
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for paying all applicable shipping charges to have eligible items reshipped.
Orders containing toxin products that are returned to us by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
If we determine that the returned toxin products remain suitable for shipment, we may, at our sole discretion, reship the order after the customer pays the applicable reshipping charges.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Because toxin products are final sale, orders containing toxin products cannot be canceled after processing has begun.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an eligible item qualifies for return, it must first be returned in accordance with this policy. Once the return has been approved and processed, a new order may be placed for the desired item.
