Exactly what was described. No lumps or bumps after massaging for a few days (correctly!) swelling went down after a week and no bruises. It has now been over a month and I’m fully healed. I have had no side effects. (I kinda miss the swelling though lol)
Have some lumps in my lips but it's only day 4.... hoping they go away along with bad bruising. I even used arnica Montana
