I am new to the hyloron pen. My first order was nearly wasted until about the end of the syringe. The results from those last few injections were fantastic. I figured out that I need only do the edges and at a 90 or so degree angle. Perhaps pinch the lip to create a better base and therefore more pressure in the pen. Injected both syringes in cheeks and nasolabial lines. Face swelled up like crazy the next day that I almost went to the ER Applied ice and the swelling significantly decreased by day 2. It's day 4 now and it seems like I barely had any injection in the first place. I might have spend more minutes and purchase more later to see the desired results🙂.

I have not tried it yet from this company. However I just opened both boxes that I ordered and there aren’t any needles added like stated on box. Other company I ordered thru had 2 different gauges in their boxes

Second time purchase Never let me down I actually prefer using the 29g needle very comfortable. No lidocaine but I have no issues with pain . I love this filler. And don’t forget to massage your filler ! Lumps and bumps happen when you don’t mold your filler or when you don’t evenly distribute . Don’t blame the filler quality just give it a massage it’ll make all the difference
